All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

You agree to pay the full price for all products you purchase from the Website. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or payment account for any products purchased. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing valid payment details.

We use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date pricing on this Website. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, SoxsolS LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders and Shipping

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 5 to 7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing between the credit card institution and other financial institutions may take as long as 10 days to receive credit.

SoxsolS Satisfaction Guarantee

If you aren't 100% satisfied in the first 90 days after purchase, please let us know. We'll either send you a new pair or your money back.

Please include a receipt or other proof of purchase. Also, please include a brief description of the problem. We find these descriptions and the actual returned pair useful to study to understand how to make a better product.
