SoxsolS Wide Cut insoles are designed for wide footbed shoes and open sandals where you need full coverage and lasting comfort throughout the day. The broader cut fits naturally into sandals and comfort shoes without shifting, folding, or leaving gaps at the edges.
Unlike disposable insoles, SoxsolS are fully machine washable — toss them in with your laundry and they come out fresh every time. No more odor buildup, no more replacing insoles every few months.
Works great in:
Birkenstock sandals and clogs
Chacos and Keens
Wide-fit comfort shoes
Open-toe and strappy sandals
Any wide or wide-footbed shoe
Available in Black or Camel Brown, and in cotton French Terry or wool Melton for warmer climates and year-round sandal wear.
Size down: For Birkenstocks - Order one size smaller than your shoe size for the best fit.
Works over orthotic insert - also fixes squeaky shoes due to bare feet
Loving these - I have them in a couple pairs of shoes. One is a pair of Vionic shoes which has an orthotic insert with a microfiber lining. These stay in place, although there isn't really any room for them to slide within the flats. No bunching and they don't take up any room as they are quite thin. The other pair is in ballet flats which used to squeak when I had bare feet - now I can walk in silence. These are nice and soft and feel like socks under my feet - so happy to be able to have bare feet and not worry about sweat, squeak, or ruining shoes! On a side note, these were not thick enough, alone, to stop my foot from sliding forward in a pair of shoes that is a little long for me and I have ruled them out as a solution for that purpose. But for going sockless - these are perfect!

AMAZING!!!! AMAZING!!!! AMAZING!!!!
I have been on the hunt to find something to help with my flip flops that get "funked" up. I have 4 pairs of this style of flop flops (see pics of a brand new pair) and when my feet sweat (it's surprising to me how much my feet can funk up a flip flop) they are impossible to clean. I have tried endless ways to remove the funk. I also tried several types of liners until I found Soxsols. I have 3 pairs now and everytime I have improved my technique to adapt them to this style of flip flops. Full disclosure I do have to re-adjust them throughout the day but I'll take it over dealing with funk. Also, my technique to adapt them is improving every time and I hope to limit the need for adjusting throughout the day. I think another issue is that the flip flop's sole is suede so the Soxsols don't grip as well as they would to leather or a "non-furry" sole. The best features of Soxsols are that they are washable and customizable. I also love that as my foot sweats my soles don't feel the wetness like they do if I wear these flip flops without Soxsols.

Super-performing inserts easy to maintain
These inserts are super...! I bought a pair in August and they arrived quickly - I tried them out immediately. I was, to be sure, a bit dubious because I've been trying out inserts all year, going from one brand name to another without notable success. This time, I was very pleased. The inserts fit nicely in my flats, which I generally wear without socks. In 4-5 days, they began to slip a bit, something the directions that come with the inserts mentioned would happen if the shoes had dirt in them (and they did). I took the inserts out of the shoes and laundered them with a load of jeans and tees, then tossed them cheerfully into the dryer. They held up splendidly! I am very happy with these inserts...so much so, that I bought a second pair last week to wear when the first set is in the laundry. I am so pleased with them, that I am buying more for myself (another pair of flats) and family members who have the same habit of wearing flats without socks. And...just as advertised, the inserts do clean up the insides of the shoes, grabbing onto bits of dirt, leaves, and what not from bare feet...my flats are cleaner than they've been since they were new...and...no odor. Run...don't amble...to buy the SoxsolS anti-slip cotton inserts: if you go barefoot in flats, you'll be glad you have these lovely shoe-enhancers!

SoxsolS...I love you
I have been on a never-ending search for something to wear in my ballet flats so that my feet don't feel like they are swimming in sweat by the end of the day. I tried who know how many pairs of 'no show' sock liners that were supposedly cut for ballet flats. No luck. Either they still showed, or they didn't stay in place when walking. I'm a substitute teacher, so I'm frequently on my feet walking around a lot, and the last thing I want to do in front of a class of middle-schoolers is stop to adjust my footies. I tried a pair of Gekks and thought I had solved the problem, but they just didn't hold up well for the price, were a pain to wash and transfer between shoes. My SoxsolS arrived a little over a week ago. I wore them for 2 full days of subbing last week, with lots of walking. I love them. First, they solve the sweaty feet problem. Obviously my feet still sweat, but I don't feel like I've been walking through puddles of water any more, any more than I did wearing sock liners. Also, the inserts add just that tiny extra bit of cushioning. Tossed them in the wash after 2 wears and they washed and dried great. I used a mesh lingerie bag because I envisioned them clinging to the sides of my washer like little leeches if I had tossed them in unbagged. The only issue I might have is that I wouldn't really call these nonslip. Possibly if you put them in a shoe with a vinyl/leather insole they would achieve that nonslip grip. Having them in ballet flats with a fabric insole meant the rubber side did not stick at all. This worked fine in my particular shoes, day 1 they stayed in place...day 2 by the end of the day they seemed to bunch a little at the toes and started rubbing a bit, but if you aren't walking great distances this should be fine. I would probably NOT wear these in sandals, but a closed footbed is fine. I thought about taking a star off for that, since they are advertised as nonslip, but really they are SO awesome otherwise and I'm so happy to have a liner that can be tossed in the wash AND does not show that I'll give the full 5 stars.

Works Great!
Soxsoles inserts have become my favorite product for foot comfort and protecting the interior of all my shoes. I've been using them for over a year in various shoe styles and continue to purchase more in order to prevent having to move them from shoe to shoe. I like how they work in sandles, keeping the footbeds looking new, but I also use them as liners in shoes I wear with socks. I wash them in a laundry bag for delicates and hang to dry. They adhear like new after washing. I've not had any problems with them bunching or moving around inside my footwear even though other reviewers mention this as an issue. Mine stay where I place them, even in hiking boots on long walks. Most of my shoes/boots have removable footbeds that make it really easy to align the Soxsoles onto them, trim if needed, and reinsert. Otherwise, I fold and roll the Soxsoles, place into the shoe and unroll. They are not expensive because they last so long, renew with washing, and out perform all other products I've tried over many years. I have narrow hard to fit feet and often have to spend much more than I would like in order to get comfortable well fitting footwear. Soxsoles helps extend the life of expensive footwear and for that I am grateful.
