They aren’t perfect but I still like them and find them to be useful. I got these to wear in my Crocs Sandals to help absorb sweat because I live in a very hot & humid place. These soles absorb better after they’ve been washed in my opinion. I didn’t put them in the dryer, I laid them on a rack in my closet to dry. My feet are somewhat wide and these soles are barely wide enough. I bought another pair in the largest size available hoping to get more width and I’ll cut them to the right size. The sticky part works but it really depends on what surface you stick them to. They stick better to some surfaces than others. They do move around a little in my sandals but it is a very slick surface so it would take something like cement glue to keep them from moving, but then I can’t wash them. Good Enough!
Someone one put me onto these and I'm so glad they did. You know how gross the foot bed of a sandal can get. These cover that grossness up. These can also get that stained look but can be laundered. They fared well with laundering. I put them in a lingerie bag so they were protected a bit from the other clothing in the same load. The staining mostly came out. I had to cut these down a bit. so next time I might order the next size down and see how they do. I normally wear a size 11 so got the 11-11.5. So, I'll try the 10-10.5. When I trimmed them, the fabric frayed a bit but did not fray further with wearing them or with washing them. The bottom is a gel like material. They stayed put until I removed them. Once I put them back in the sandal, it seemed to move more easily. So, if I took off my sandal, even that would allow the insole to move. So, I felt like I constantly had to re-position it. That's a bit of a pain, b/c I like to grab my shoes, put them on and go! Overall, I think this is a very good purchase as it solves a really big issue with sandals that are still very wearable but can look very haggard after a short while.
I was looking for a simple insole. Most had the instep and went up the side if the shoe. I have comfortable shoes made out of rubber and they made my feet sweat on the bottom. I HATE THAT ! These insoles have solved my problem. No more sweaty feet. Perfect.
Bought it in both black and tan. It definitely made my jelly shoes more comfortable to wear. Even with the clear material, it isn’t noticable when worn on. Worth buying for sandals.
I had these insoles in my shoes for a bit and they were pretty good (kind of thin). However, my dog took them out after a few days, and they are now her favorite toy in the world and basically her security blanket. She won’t go anywhere without these insoles. She carries them around the house and takes them on walks. She buries them in the backyard and then digs them up again. She doesn’t play with any other dog toys anymore. Highly recommend these shoe insoles for your weird dogs (not the foot kind of dogs, but actual dogs). great value!
I bought these croc flats a while back that I wear almost every day for work. I love them but the thing I hate about them is the fact that my feet get really sweaty in them and so of course stink pretty bad too. I’ve tried foot powders and stuff but I knew eventually I’d just need to start wearing flats socks. Those don’t work because they’re never “no show” as they claim to be. I just don’t think they ever look good because they’re always peeking past the shoe. Anyways I was determined to wear my flats without socks so I went on the search. I chose these ones mainly because I like that they are reusable and mashing washable (although I’ll probably just wash it by hand). I was worried I’d have to trim these but they fit absolutely perfectly without needing to. They’re super soft and absorbent and so far they haven’t slid around in my shoe or come out of place/bunched up anywhere either. Plus they add a little more cushion to my shoes too because of the silicone. My shoes were already pretty comfortable before but now they just feel even better. Especially since my feet aren’t sticking to plastic now lol. I just got these yesterday so I’m still testing these out but I will update if anything changes.
I have been on the hunt to find something to help with my flip flops that get "funked" up. I have 4 pairs of this style of flop flops (see pics of a brand new pair) and when my feet sweat (it's surprising to me how much my feet can funk up a flip flop) they are impossible to clean. I have tried endless ways to remove the funk. I also tried several types of liners until I found Soxsols. I have 3 pairs now and everytime I have improved my technique to adapt them to this style of flip flops. Full disclosure I do have to re-adjust them throughout the day but I'll take it over dealing with funk. Also, my technique to adapt them is improving every time and I hope to limit the need for adjusting throughout the day. I think another issue is that the flip flop's sole is suede so the Soxsols don't grip as well as they would to leather or a "non-furry" sole. The best features of Soxsols are that they are washable and customizable. I also love that as my foot sweats my soles don't feel the wetness like they do if I wear these flip flops without Soxsols.

I used these in my gym shoe mules and after a long day the black was coming off the insole. Not happy for the price I payed.
I was really excited for these because it’s such a great idea but they unfortunately just don’t work well and I’ve stopped using them after a few days.
I bought two pairs to try in Birkenstock clogs and Xero sandals. The rubber bottom of the insoles just do not have enough grip to prevent them from bunching up and sliding around. With clogs the smoothness of the footbed causes the insoles to shift to the front and bunch up around the toe with every step. They worked marginally better in sandals because of my foot being strapped in but still ended up sliding forward and pushing out the front.
Disappointed because something like this could really help with keeping keeping clogs and sandals fresher.
Works well in Birkenstocks. Makes them way more comfortable.
Love them. These were the second and third pair I've bought. Bought my first 3 years ago for a trip. Still going strong

These are so perfect in my new Birks to keep the footbed clean and dry! I have washed and dried them once already and they came out of the dryer as good as new! I will definitely buy another pair if this one wears out!
I like the comfort and softness. Will probably buy another pair.
I did not care for these at all and they are too wide and long and I just didn't like the sticky stuff on the bottom either. I have some of the cotton washable ones that I LOVE!
No matter what the directions say about washing them to make them "stick" again has worked for me, they still slide around in my shoes.
The concept seems great and I think it would work well in certain types of shoes. I purchased for use in Tieks flats and the insert was thick and ruined my inside sole by leaving a dark patch. Very disappointed.
I have been wearing these Soxsol Wool flat insert for 2 weeks now. I have sweaty feet, but these don't help and are worse than just going without. I have been thinking to puncture many holes in the silicone that these are lined with. In theory, the wool should be great for the sweaty feet, but the silicone liner (I think) is killing the benefit of the wool. Bummer.
Love them but just a bit too long. I had to cut them.
They don't stay in place for the shoes that I ordered them for, so I'm a little disappointed with them. Tried them in a different pair and they are a little better. I wont' order more.
My feet do not get hot easily. Though, these inserts were exactly what I had been looking for, they make my feet hot. I’ll use them in the winter.
Somewhat thick so be sure you have extra room
They make my shoes feel too small. They are too thick.
